About

a little About me

My name is Emma Grace Tysinger, and I am currently a junior at Paschal High School in Fort Worth, Texas. I am very dedicated to my theater department and participate in six of our seven annual productions, serving in various roles.

As a high school stage manager, I strive to help my directors facilitate the many ups and downs of rehearsals, tech week, and show days. My goal is to lead with a strong voice and positive disposition to create a safe environment where actors and crew members feel safe and included.

Outside of school, I have worked the past four summers with Spotlight Cast & Crew in various tech positions—most recently as the Production Stage Manager for the 2025 production of Guys and Dolls. This summer, I also learned a lot stepping into the professional arena as a stage management intern on Casa Mañana’s Apprentice Program 2025 production of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical.

When I’m not in a dark theater, I occasionally step into the light of my oven! I love to bake and cook for my family. Most notably, I have perfected my brown butter chocolate chips cookies and will often bring them as a treat during long tech rehearsals. I love to work with my hands on various crafts, including building Lego flowers!

My personal life is filled with my beloved puppy, Ruth, and my two best friends, Ella and Hazel, who make me laugh sunrise to sunset. My mom is my built-in best friend and is always down to get coffee and make a Target run. My dad introduced me to this wonderful artform that I’m dedicating my life to and is a great mentor!
